- Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and rain gear (lightweight raincoat or umbrella) for sudden weather shifts.
- As this is an outdoor event, adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning may cause delays, partial cancellations on the day, or interruptions/early termination of the event once commenced—regardless of cause.
