Terms and Conditions
1) Departure Dates: April 3, 2026, April 6, 2026, and April 8, 2026
2) The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide and their tips, all entrance fees and round-trip transportation costs on the itinerary.
3) A group can be formed with 1 or more people, and each group can have a maximum of 43 people.
4) Pricing rules: Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult price; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Only one free spot is allowed per departure group)
5) The itinerary may be adjusted depending on the traffic conditions on the day.
6) We will depart as scheduled even if it rains.
7) The venue may be closed for maintenance or other reasons on the day. The decision rests with the organizer. The company cannot be held responsible or provide compensation in such cases.
8) If Goobne Chicken is closed due to rest or other factors, the itinerary will be changed to another well-known Korean fried chicken restaurant. We apologize for the inconvenience.
9) Choose one of four drinks at the seaside cafe:
Coffee Latte (Hot/Iced), Peach Tea (Iced), Grapefruit Sparkling Water (Iced), Mint Tea (Iced/Hot).
We apologize that the drinks provided cannot be replaced.
10) The flowering condition of flowers may be affected by the weather. If the flowering condition is not ideal on the day of departure, our company will not be responsible or provide compensation.
11) Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities to determine whether they are suitable to participate before considering any activities included in or offered during the tour.
In the event of an accident caused by force majeure or bodily injury or death due to unforeseen factors, the company's employees and related personnel shall only assume the obligation to provide full assistance. The company and its members shall not bear any responsibility for the injured or deceased.
12) The tour fee includes admission tickets to each attraction. Guests can purchase tickets separately for facilities or experiences within the park that require additional fees.
13) A fluent Mandarin-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If the scheduled meeting time is changed, we will contact you via WhatsApp/WeChat/Line, etc. Please take note!
14) If there are children under 36 months old who do not occupy a seat in the group, the child's passport must be brought and presented to the attraction staff for age verification if necessary.
15) The itinerary's attractions and return arrival times may be adjusted based on the traffic conditions of the day; guests shall not request compensation or refunds for this reason.
16) Rooms will be arranged for two people per room. If a single person requests a room, a supplement will be charged.
a) Guests registering alone or in an odd-numbered group will be charged a Single room supplement of HK$1,000.
b) For groups of odd numbers, the third or an odd number of group members will need to pay a Single room surcharge to stay in a Single room. The company will not arrange for guests to share a room with other group members, and guests may not object or withdraw without a valid reason. If the third or an odd number of group members choose not to pay the Single room surcharge, they must agree to automatically give up half a room, i.e., 3 people sharing a double room, and individuals may not object or withdraw without a valid reason.
17) This tour group shares a vehicle and departs together with FY-01; guests are not entitled to claim compensation or refunds for this reason.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
