  • Admission tickets to the Palace of Versailles are available by reservation only. If you are 18 years of age or older, please be sure to check the ticket box on the application screen.

  • If you are attending with one or two people, you will need to purchase a ticket for the same price as a ticket for three people. Please select this on the application screen.

  • Those under the age of 18 may be asked to present identification when entering each facility. Please note that if you are unable to present identification, you may not be able to enter.

  • If various ticket fees are incurred for individual facility tickets, private tours or services, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged at the time of booking.

  • For children under 10 years old or under 135cm tall, please specify their height and weight in the comments section so we can prepare a child seat. For children aged 0-3, please also let us know their age in months. Please note that if you bring an infant without notifying us in advance, you will be refused boarding.

  • The service will be provided in a nine-seater minivan. There will be two rows of three seats in the back, and the seat next to the driver will not be available.

  • The tour departs and arrives only at your hotel or apartment in Paris. If you would like to meet at a location other than your accommodation, please let us know in advance. We will confirm this and send you an email with the final meeting location.

  • If you do not arrive 30 minutes after the meeting time without calling to inform us that you will be late, your reservation will be canceled. No refunds will be given in this case. (If you change the designated meeting place, please be sure to contact us in advance.) If you call within 30 minutes of the meeting time, we will delay the start of the service to the extent possible. (However, the end time of the service will remain the same as originally booked (no extension), and no partial refunds will be given in this case.) Furthermore, if you arrive 30 minutes after the reserved time, your ticket will be invalid and you will not be able to tour the palace. Please note that there will be no refunds for the ticket.
