☆08:00 Depart from Zurich, enjoying the beautiful pastoral scenery along the way.
☆09:00 Depart from Lucerne.
☆10:00 Short break in Interlaken. Located between Lake Brienz and Lake Thun, Interlaken offers charming views of lakes and mountains.
☆10:45 After a short break, we continue by bus to Grindelwald to transfer to the brand-new Eiger Express tricable gondola. Enjoy a visual feast from the air as the majestic Eiger North Face comes into view. The gondola takes you directly to the Eiger Glacier station, where you will transfer to a cogwheel train. Travel through a century-old alpine tunnel to reach Jungfraujoch station and enjoy some free time. You can visit the Alpine Sensation, built to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Jungfrau Railway, stand on the Sphinx Observatory to overlook the magnificent snow-capped mountains (including the Aletsch Glacier, the longest glacier in the Alps), or stroll through the Ice Palace inside the glacier for a once-in-a-lifetime experience! There are several restaurants on the mountain offering a variety of meals and snacks. You can even enjoy a hot bowl of Shin Ramyun to ward off the chill of the snowy peaks.
☆15:30 Join your guide to take the cogwheel train down the mountain, passing through Kleine Scheidegg, the famous car-free resort town of Wengen, and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. Along the way, you can see the spectacular sight of the three famous peaks: Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau.
☆17:30 Arrive in Lauterbrunnen. Our tour bus will be waiting here to pick you up for the return journey.
☆18:00/19:00/20:00 Arrive in Interlaken/Lucerne/Zurich respectively, tour ends.

At 4,158 meters above sea level, stretching for 18 kilometers, the Jungfrau resembles a maiden with flowing hair, draped in silver, peacefully reclining amidst the clouds.

For English-language tours, tour guide information and group chat services are not provided. Please bring your confirmation slip and arrive at the pick-up point on time.
Important Information Before You Go [Please Read Carefully]
①Due to maintenance of transportation facilities or seasonal factors, the itinerary and mode of transportation may be slightly adjusted without prior notice. Regardless of the adjustments, the time spent at the summit of Jungfraujoch will always be more than 2 hours.
② A WeChat group will be created before the departure of Chinese tour groups. The group QR code will usually be sent before 17:00 the day before departure. If you do not receive it in time, please contact customer service to inquire about the situation.
③ If group members are significantly late and subsequently try to catch up with the group, please note that there is no guarantee that additional Jungfraujoch transportation tickets will be available after catching up (as group ticket availability is updated in real-time, and the tour guide will update the ticket quantity based on the final number of departing members). Guests are responsible for any losses incurred due to lateness. Please ensure you arrive at the pick-up point on time. If you need to wait approximately 5 minutes, please inform the tour guide directly in the group chat.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
