How to use the pass
1. Download the app
2. Enter the required information
3. Press the 'Activate Pass' button on the top screen and enter your serial code
*The serial code will be sent to your registered email address after purchase.
4. Press the 'Activate Pass' button to obtain your QR code
5. Scan the QR code at the facility to enter.
★The 72-hour countdown begins from the moment you enter your first facility.
*We recommend completing steps 1-4 before your trip.
*No refunds will be provided if you are unable to activate the pass due to communication issues after arriving in Japan.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 7 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 6 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • For cancellations made 5 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
  • For cancellations made 4 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
