In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 20:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
The company will arrange vehicles based on the number of reservations. The company will send you the driver's contact information and meeting point via email before 18:00 (Japan time) two days prior to departure. Please be sure to check your email.
If you have not received the final confirmation email by 18:00 (Japan time) the day before your departure, please contact customer service.
If you wish to change the date, time, or location, you will need to cancel and rebook.
The store reserves the right to change the itinerary or cancel the tour due to weather or force majeure.
The travel time for this pick-up and drop-off service may be adjusted depending on factors such as actual weather and traffic conditions on the day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to passengers' subsequent travel plans.
Depending on road conditions, highway access may sometimes be unavailable. There is no additional charge for using highways.
No fees will be charged for cancellations due to flight delays or cancellations. A full refund will be issued upon submission of proof of delay. However, no additional waiting time will be incurred due to the delay.
Please note that booking details (pickup time and location) cannot be changed except in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters.
The vehicle will depart on time at the agreed pick-up time. If you are late, you will not be able to participate in the trip, and no refund will be given.
