The voucher has no expiry date, but the discount is valid for 4 months from the date of purchase. After the discount expires, the difference between the voucher's face value and the on-site price (including service charge) must be paid (discounts are not available during dinner hours) before the voucher can be used.

In the event of special holidays, the difference between the ticket price and the on-site price (including service charge) must be paid before the ticket can be used. Special holidays are defined as: Lunar New Year's Eve and specific event dates announced by the hotel (the definition of each holiday is based on the date announced by the Personnel Administration Bureau).

Tickets are valid at the discounted price and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

Please note that if KKday discovers that you have maliciously or improperly used KKday discount coupons or promo codes (such as nationality-restricted offers, using discounts by changing nationality, bank cardholder-restricted offers, or creating multiple membership accounts to enjoy discounts repeatedly), KKday will, in our judgment, cancel any orders created using your maliciously or improperly used discount coupons or promo codes, and may remove your KKday membership account at any time without prior notice, and may also claim compensation from you. Travelers are advised to carefully review the relevant activity rules before using discount coupons or promo codes to avoid affecting your rights.

Additional charges must be paid in full at the restaurant; menu items are subject to seasonal changes and will be announced at the restaurant.

Reservations are required in advance. If the restaurant is booked out or fully booked, food cannot be taken away or redeemed, and you will need to reschedule your visit.
