We provide life jackets and wetsuits upon request. ★ A beginner-friendly SUP experience course that you can enjoy with peace of mind, even if it is your first time doing marine sports. ★ Enjoy 2 hours of SUP, which has become a global craze in recent years! ★ At our school, experienced instructors will provide thorough explanations of the terrain and equipment, how to hold the paddle, how to row, how to go straight, and how to turn before heading out to sea. Warm-up exercises are essential before working out. At Rakuoli, we use the paddle to thoroughly stretch the upper and lower body. Since the paddle acts as a block for your body, you can get a good stretch. Try it at home too!
