- Let's go surfing with a SUP. We will provide a lecture so you can learn to surf in style using a paddle. Enjoy WAVESUP this summer. In this trial class, you will start with stretching and a paddling lecture on land before heading into the water to get a feel for riding waves. Enjoy the sense of unity with the ocean while mastering the techniques and basics. This plan includes wetsuit and board rental, as well as transportation costs. Even if you are a beginner and do not have your own equipment, you can join us easily by just bringing your swimsuit and a towel. SUP surfing is a sport that allows you to train your core while having fun. Let's get started and have fun together! You can master all the basics through this experience.
