You can see moss phlox, plum blossoms, and fireflies dancing over the Kawata River in early summer, while the illuminated stone walls of Taka-hiraki create a fantastic scene. 'Oohata Sake Brewery,' which operates a plum wine distillery here, is popular for its original plum wine made from home-grown plums certified as 'Tokushima Safe 2GAP Agricultural Products.' Welcomed by the kind smiles of the Sugitomo couple, you will find a healing time while tasting and enjoying a bento lunch while looking out at the mountain scenery.
