[Okayama, Mimasaka] A 60-minute buggy experience on a genuine mountain trail in the great outdoors, no license required and empty-handed! A pre-experience lecture is included, so beginners and children can feel safe.

Regarding cancellation of the event:

• The event may be cancelled in the event of bad weather or a natural disaster. We will not compensate for transportation costs to the venue. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note the following when participating in this course:

• ・Please note that you may not be able to participate if your clothing is deemed dangerous (clothing that may get caught in the vehicle). ・You will not be able to participate if the number of children (ages 6-12) outnumbers the number of adults (ages 16 and over). (Example: × 1 adult, 2 children 〇 2 adults, 2 children) ・Pregnant women are not permitted to participate. ・People who have been drinking alcohol will not be allowed to ride.

Other important points to note:

• <Program Regulations> 1. The purpose of each experience program is to acquire skills and knowledge and to enjoy the program safely. 2. Instructors only provide advice to participants; actual actions and operations are at the participant's discretion and responsibility. 3. Instructors and staff may refuse participation to the following people: 1. Anyone who causes trouble to others. 2. Anyone who acts independently. 3. Anyone who fails to consider safety. 4. Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 5. Anyone prohibited from exercising by a doctor, anyone with heart disease, pregnant women, or anyone in poor health. 4. As a general rule, participants will use equipment designated by our company. 5. Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent. 6. As a general rule, participation fees are non-refundable. 7. The itinerary, location, and content may change without notice due to weather conditions, etc. Please note this. 8. In case of an accident, please fill out your emergency contact information on the application form (consent form). 9. If you cause significant damage or loss to rented items (buggy, etc. and accessories) that affects their functionality beyond the scope of the program's operation, you will be required to pay for the replacement of the same or similar items and the cost of repairs. 10. If the instructor determines that you have not complied with the rules and prohibited activities set out by our company during the trial program, the program may be canceled. In such cases, no refunds will be given. 11. We are not responsible for any theft or loss during the program. Please keep your valuables safe and secure. 12. Please apply early as we may not be able to accommodate you if there are a large number of applicants. <Prohibited Activities> Our company will cancel the experience and refuse participation if you do not abide by the following: - Any behavior that violates the "Experience Program Regulations" and the prohibited activities listed below. Or, if you do not show up at the time of the experience. - Any behavior that does not follow the instructor's guidance, instructions, instructions, or warnings.・Littering, smoking and eating/drinking outside designated areas, and intentional or gross negligence damage to our facility equipment (buggy bodies, signs, road scraping, nature). ・Violent remarks or behavior. ・Unauthorized entry or trespassing on facilities managed by our company. ・Theft or damage to our facility's equipment, supplies, or merchandise. ・Consuming or drinking provided services (soft drinks, snacks) without paying. ・Casual behavior that disturbs other visitors, participants, or local residents. ・Disturbing complaints or demands. ・People suspected of drinking or using drugs. ・Using lighters, matches, or other fire-making devices on mountain trails. <Insurance> *As there is no insurance, all activities are at your own risk. Thank you for your understanding. *Vehicle insurance is not included. If you damage the buggy through your own fault, this is not covered by insurance and you will be required to pay for the damage. *In the unlikely event of an injury or accident, insurance is available. We recommend purchasing leisure insurance in advance.
