Participant age: 12 to 65 years old
Clothing and belongings: ● Essential items to bring: - Swimsuit or innerwear (top and bottoms) - Close-fitting types are recommended. Quick-drying dry shirt, leggings, or tights - This will allow for smooth changing when putting on a suit, and also keeps you warm. - Food and drink - Eat inside the cave. - A 500cc plastic water bottle is fine. - Shorts - Wear these on the outside of your wetsuit. Any material is fine as long as they are durable and hard to slip off. - (If you don't have shorts, you can rent them on site for 500 yen.) - Backpacks that can get wet - One for several people should be enough. Food and drink - Towels to dry off your body after the activity. Leave these in the car. ● Items that are good to bring: - Gloves - To protect your hands and keep them warm. Neoprene, a material used for diving and fishing, is warm. They cost 1,000-1,500 yen at Workman. ・Socks Effective for preventing blisters and keeping warm. Tabi socks or five-finger socks. ・Sandals Convenient for changing into wet clothes
Rental equipment: Full wetsuits, helmets, headlamps, and shoes are included in the participation fee. Shorts can be rented on-site for 500 yen. Waterproof backpacks can be rented for 500 yen with advance reservation.
Duration: The duration of the experience will vary depending on the number of participants. This is because there are some areas that require each participant to climb a rope ladder at a time.
