The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking guide and their tips, all entrance fees and round-trip transportation costs on the itinerary.

Our group is calculated based on a group of 2 adults, 2 adults + 1 child, or 2 adults + 2 children sharing a room. If the group exceeds the above room standard, any extra guests or single guests will be charged a Single room surcharge.

A group can be formed with 1 or more members, and each group can have a maximum of 43 members.

The pricing policy is as follows: children aged 12 and above (occupying half a bed) are charged the adult price; children aged 3-11 (not occupying a bed) are charged the child price; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Only one free spot is allowed per departure group.) If a child needs a bed, please purchase the adult option.

The itinerary may be adjusted depending on the traffic conditions on the day.

We will depart as scheduled despite the rain.

If Goobne Chicken is closed due to other reasons, the itinerary will be changed to another well-known Korean fried chicken restaurant. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The venue may be closed for maintenance or other reasons depending on the situation on the day. The decision rests with the organizer, and the company cannot be held responsible or provide compensation in such cases.

Choose one of four drinks at the Seaview Cafe: Coffee Latte (hot/iced), Peach Tea (iced), Grapefruit Sparkling Water (iced), or Mint Tea (iced/hot). Please note that drinks cannot be substituted.

The flowering condition of flowers may be affected by the weather. If the flowering condition is not ideal on the day of departure, our company cannot be held responsible or compensated.

Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities before considering any activities included in or offered during the tour. In the event of accidents caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances resulting in bodily injury or death, our staff and related personnel are only obligated to provide assistance to the best of their ability; our company and its members bear no responsibility for any damage or injury suffered.

The tour fee includes admission tickets to all attractions. Guests can purchase tickets separately for facilities or experiences within the park that require additional fees.

A fluent Mandarin-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If the meeting time is changed, we will contact you via WhatsApp/WeChat/Line, etc. Please take note!

If there are children under 36 months old who do not occupy a seat in the group, the children's passports must be brought and presented to the staff of the attraction to verify their age if necessary.

The itinerary's attractions and return arrival times may be adjusted based on the traffic conditions of the day, and guests are not entitled to claim compensation or refunds for this reason.

Cancellation or Policy Changes: For tours of 2 days or more: If cancelled within 7 days (inclusive) of departure, 100% of the payment will be deducted; if cancelled within 10 days (inclusive) of departure, a 50% handling fee will be charged; if cancelled within 14 days (inclusive) of departure, a 20% handling fee will be charged.
