— Admission Rules —

• After your booking is confirmed, please present the original travel document used for booking (such as your Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao, passport, or Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card) at the service counter to exchange for your entry ticket.
• Child tickets are applicable for children over 1.2m (exclusive) and between 6 years old (exclusive) and 18 years old (inclusive).
• Tickets are valid only for the selected date. Re-entry is not permitted after leaving the park.
• Some attractions within the park require additional on-site payment. Please prepare cash or mobile payment methods.

— Terms and Conditions —

• Each traveler must carry the valid identification document used at the time of booking.
• A maximum of 1 ticket per product can be booked per document per day across all channels on the platform. If a ticket cannot be redeemed due to duplicate purchases with the same document, no refund will be provided.
  
• Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of booking. Re-entry is not permitted after leaving the park.
• Some attractions within the park require additional on-site payment. Please prepare cash or mobile payment methods.
• This ticket is for park admission only. Experiences such as the Snowflake Ferris Wheel, Super Ice Slide, and Ice and Snow Ballet Show require scanning a QR code for reservation after entering the park. Other free activities like the snow tubes require queuing. Due to limited capacity for popular attractions, we cannot guarantee that every guest will be able to experience them. We appreciate your understanding. Please plan your visit during off-peak times; no partial refunds will be given for unused free attractions.
• Super Ice Slide: Individuals who are intoxicated, pregnant, lack self-care ability, have pre-existing medical conditions (such as epilepsy, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hypertension, heart disease, coronary heart disease, asthma, physical disabilities, acrophobia, etc.), are alcohol-dependent, drug-dependent, or have severe vision impairment, as well as those otherwise unsuitable for this activity, are not permitted to ride. To ride the Super Ice Slide, visitors must be at least 15 years old and over 160cm tall. Visitors aged 55 to 60 (inclusive) should assess their health condition and understand the risks before deciding whether to enter. Visitors over 61 years old (inclusive) are prohibited from riding the ice slide. Any accidents resulting from violating these rules are the sole responsibility of the visitor.
• Snowflake Ferris Wheel: Individuals who are physically weak, suffer from acrophobia, heart disease, hypertension, are pregnant, have mental illnesses, are alcohol-dependent, or have limited mobility are strictly prohibited from riding. Both adults and children may ride; children under 1.3m must be accompanied by an adult.
• In the event of strong winds or heavy snow, amusement facilities such as the Snowflake Ferris Wheel and Super Ice Slide may be temporarily closed. No refunds will be provided if these facilities are unavailable due to force majeure.
