- The event will be canceled if dangerous conditions are anticipated due to rising water levels or other factors.

Other special notes:
- We are currently offering a GoPro camera rental service for an additional ¥2,000 → ¥1,500 (you will need to bring a high-speed microSD card 32GB V30 or higher, or your own PC. We also sell microSD cards. If you are unsure, please purchase one at the base. We do not offer compensation if you purchase one elsewhere and it does not work. Even the cheapest ones cost over ¥1,500). Rental with a microSD card is ¥4,000.

- The event will proceed rain or shine. Cancellation due to bad weather: (If it rains continuously with an hourly rainfall of 7 mm or more) If it rains more than 35 mm/h in a concentrated period of 30 minutes to 1 hour, or if it is clear the day before that the event cannot be held, or if the water level has reached a point where it cannot be clearly determined the day before, we will contact you by phone the evening before, or between 6:00 and 6:30 on the day of the event, or between 7:30 and 8:00 for customers who have booked the afternoon session, to cancel the event.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
