Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ★Rules & Manners ・Lights must be turned off by 10:00 PM. ・How to spend the night. The noise and light are more annoying than you might think! Go to bed by 11:00 PM. ・There is no cancellation fee for cancellations due to bad weather. If you cancel, please be sure to contact the facility at least two days in advance. ・Enjoy the sounds of nature! You can hear the sounds of nature if you listen carefully. ・Please wear long sleeves, long pants, and gloves suitable for camping. ・Keep the cooking area clean. Dispose of your dishes and food waste immediately. ・Separate your trash. Please separate your trash for environmental reasons. ・Manners for neighbors (do not cross other sites). ・Toilet matters. Be careful of insects. We want people to say "it's so clean!" about the toilet. ・Fire management. Campfires should generally be made in a campfire pit. Clean up after the fire! ・Drive as slowly as possible when driving. Please cooperate to ensure everyone's safety.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
