Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: If you are attending with a child, please let us know their age.
- Question 2: Please refrain from bringing pets. Pets are not allowed inside the premises (including the parking lot).
- Question 3: Bringing in boats such as SUPs is not permitted.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The event will proceed rain or shine. However, it will be canceled in case of strong winds or severe weather.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- If you arrive late, your experience time may be shortened. Please refrain from sharing one SUP board among multiple people. Participants must weigh less than 80kg. Participants who have consumed alcohol are not permitted. Participants under 18 years old are not permitted to participate alone. Pets are not allowed.
Other special notes:
- Children in the third grade of elementary school or younger can ride a SUP with a guardian. (One person per board) In this case, there will be a charge of 1000 yen per child (life jacket rental fee). If a child in the third grade of elementary school or younger wants to ride alone, please consult with us. Participation by minors alone is not permitted.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
