Questions about booking:

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- If the event is cancelled due to an emergency alert or other reason, we will contact you by phone by 6:00 PM the day before.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- If you are late, you may not be able to participate.
Other important points to note:
- *Free transportation is available for those arriving by train (advance reservation required). The number of participants is limited depending on the vehicle availability on the day, so please be sure to contact us in advance if you wish to use this service. *Minimum number of participants: 2 people. If the minimum number of participants is not met even near the tour date, we may ask you to reschedule. *The hot spring is closed on Wednesdays, so there will be no bathing. The participation fee will be discounted by 700 yen from the actual cost. *If there is no snow due to weather, we may not use light crampons, but the tour will proceed as long as the frozen waterfall can be observed. *The frozen waterfall can usually be observed until around the end of February, but due to natural phenomena, the season may end earlier.

Please head to Yamaasobijuku Yoiyoi Kawakami Nishikawa Base, 344-15 Nishikawa, Kawakami-mura, Yoshino-gun, Nara Prefecture.
・By train:
・Take the limited express train from Kintetsu Osaka Abenobashi Station bound for Yoshino and get off at Yamato-Kamiichi Station. Approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.
・Take the limited express train from Kintetsu Kyoto Station, transfer at Kashihara-Jingu-mae Station, and get off at Yamato-Kamiichi Station. Approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
・By other means of transportation:
・Approximately 1 hour from Katsuragi IC on the Minami-Hanna Expressway
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
