What to wear and bring: ・Swimsuit - Close-fitting type. ・Shorts - Wear over your wetsuit. Any material is fine as long as they are durable and easy to keep on. If you don't have shorts, you can rent them on site for 500 yen. ・Swimming goggles - Clear ones are recommended! If you wear glasses, use a glasses band. ・Plastic bag for wet clothes. ・Towel for drying your body - Leave these in the car. ●Items to bring for comfort: ・Undershirt (short-sleeved or long-sleeved) - Wearing a rash guard or quick-drying dry shirt under your wetsuit will increase the warmth. Two layers are OK. Avoid cotton products, as they get cold when wet. ・Leggings or tights (also non-cotton) - Allows for smooth changing when putting on your suit and also provides warmth. ・Gloves - To protect and warm your hands. Neoprene material such as those used for diving and fishing. ・Socks - Tabi socks or five-finger socks.
