Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The tour will be canceled if dangerous conditions are anticipated due to severe rain, strong winds, typhoons, etc. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate. Also, if you are intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol, you may be asked to leave the event.

◎8km (approx. 15 minutes) from Nagahama Interchange on the Hokuriku Expressway
◎7km (approx. 15 minutes) from Maibara Junction on the Meishin Expressway
◎12km (approx. 20 minutes) from Hikone Interchange on the Meishin Expressway
Parking is available at the Tamura-2 and Tamura-1 (temporary) parking lots at the lakeside green space. (Parking is free.)
Please note that it is expected to be crowded on the day.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
