・For those arriving by car: One parking space is available. (Reservation required) *Approximately 10 minutes from Zushi Interchange on the Yokohama-Yokosuka Expressway. ・For those arriving by train: Nearest stations: JR Yokosuka Line's Zushi Station or Higashi-Zushi Station, Keikyu Line's Zushi-Hayama Station. *Zushi is 4 minutes (one station) from Kamakura, approximately 30 minutes from Yokohama, and approximately 1 hour from Tokyo. *The atelier is approximately 25 minutes on foot from Zushi Station, and approximately 20 minutes from Higashi-Zushi Station or Zushi-Hayama Station. By bus, the nearest bus stop is approximately 5 minutes from Zushi Station. By taxi, it's less than 10 minutes from Zushi Station.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
