Regarding cancellation of the event:
- In the case of light rain, we will proceed if we have consulted with you and deemed it safe. In the case of heavy rain, snow, or a storm, the tour will be canceled and we will contact you around 7 PM the day before or between 7 AM and 8 AM on the day (no cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions). We cannot compensate for travel expenses etc. even if the tour is canceled after arriving at the destination.
Please note the following when participating in this course:

(The guide has completed the Hakone First Aid Training Course.) The guide always carries a first aid kit and a cell phone in case of an emergency, and will be in contact with the fire department. *After the hot spring bathing tour, we will guide you to a nearby day spa for a special price of 850 yen. *Tour participation requirements: Height must be between 153cm and 185cm, weight must be under 90kg, and you must be able to sign the participation consent form. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
