Meeting and check-in. *This is a typical meeting time schedule. The basic process remains the same for other meeting times. Please arrive at the time you selected when booking. Meet at Ziggies Base! Your reservation will be confirmed at reception and payment will be processed. You will then be given an explanation of the tour contents and asked to fill out the necessary information on a liability waiver form. Once you are ready, a staff member will guide you through putting on your wetsuit and showing you around the changing rooms!

Preparation and travel. After changing into a wetsuit, you will put on a helmet, life jacket, and slider pad and travel by car to the starting point. In the car, your guide will talk about canyoning and sightseeing to motivate you!

Regarding cancellation of the event:

Cancellation due to weather, etc. Normally, the tour will be held even if it rains, but it may be cancelled if the river is expected to flood or there is danger due to a typhoon or heavy rain. If we decide to cancel, we will contact you by phone. We may contact you at the last minute due to sudden changes in the weather. Thank you for your understanding. Also, if thunderclouds appear or a heavy rain warning is issued, the tour may be cancelled at the site in preparation for flooding, or we may withdraw early even after the tour has departed.
