- This plan allows you to experience making soba using 100% buckwheat flour from Yamagata. You can enjoy the experience in a lush, green environment with a spacious park nearby, feeling the comfort of nature. The duration is approximately 3 hours.
- Soba made with 100% buckwheat flour
- We use only buckwheat flour without any binders. The soba-making process is as follows: Mizumawashi (Water mixing): Carefully mix the buckwheat flour and water to prevent lumps. Kneri (Kneading): Knead into a single dough ball using the heel of your palms. Nobashi/Tatami (Rolling/Folding): Roll out to your preferred thickness with a rolling pin and fold in alternating layers. Kiri (Cutting): Cut as thinly as possible and bundle into individual portions. Eating: Boil the freshly made soba and enjoy!

- You can make about 3 servings of soba in one session. You are also welcome to take your handmade soba home. If you have ever thought, 'I want to try making my favorite soba myself,' why not join us for a fun experience? We will teach beginners carefully. Families and groups are also very welcome.
