- 10:30Karuizawa Prince Hotel Ski Resort (approximately 5 hours of free time)
- During your stay at the ski resort, you are free to visit the Karuizawa Outlet Shopping Plaza (about a 10-minute walk away).
- 18:00The tour is expected to conclude upon arrival in Shinjuku. Please note that the above itinerary is subject to change based on the situation on the day.

※Skiing is a thrilling sport. Please be aware of your personal safety and only attempt it if you are within your physical capabilities.
*We do not accept registrations from customers under the age of 18.
※Children under 3 years old are free when held in arms and do not occupy a seat; children over 3 years old are charged the same as adults. Child seats are not provided.
* Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free, but you must note the luggage information when placing the order. Otherwise, a fee of 2,000 yen per piece will be charged, or the trip cannot be arranged because the luggage information was not provided in advance, and the fee will not be refunded.

*This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to form a group. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be notified no later than 3 days prior to departure, and the date will be changed or a full refund will be issued. Once the order is confirmed, the date cannot be changed arbitrarily, and any resulting losses will be borne by you.
*Vehicles will be arranged according to the actual number of participants. If the number of participants is small, a minibus or a car will be used to pick up the guests, and the driver will guide the tour.
Please arrive at the meeting point no later than 10 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time, so please be sure to adhere to the boarding schedule. We will not be responsible for any guests arriving after the bus has departed; please take note.
※Please choose a ski slope according to your own skiing level, pay attention to safety, and avoid going to medium or high difficulty skiing areas.
※Sometimes the bus may be delayed due to traffic jams or bad weather.
※Sometimes this trip may have to be cancelled due to natural disasters or abnormal weather. Please make preparations in advance if this happens.
*This itinerary does not include insurance. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance or accident insurance in advance before departure.
※If the event is cancelled due to severe weather or other force majeure events, you will receive a full refund.
*Depending on the ski resort's operating conditions, we may cancel the trip or change the ski resort. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
※Please take good care of your own belongings and valuables at the ski resort. Our company will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
※If you leave the group midway through the trip, the transaction will be considered invalid, and no refund will be given. Furthermore, you will be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from this.
*In the event of force majeure (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain, snow, earthquakes, traffic jams, etc.) requiring adjustments to the itinerary, please follow the instructions of your tour guide. Furthermore, as Japanese law explicitly regulates driver working hours, to ensure everyone's safety, our tour guide reserves the right to shorten sightseeing time or reduce the number of attractions visited in the aforementioned circumstances. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated. Refunds will not be available for this reason.
*If the vehicle is soiled due to personal reasons, the cleaning fee will be borne entirely by the customer in accordance with Japanese law.

- For cancellations made 9 to 12 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 5 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
