• Early Check-In Policy 

Our standard check-in time is from 15:00 hrs.

Early check-in is available upon request and is subject to room availability. Additional charges apply as follows:

- Check-in between 06:00 hrs. and 15:00 hrs.: Half-day room rate charge.

- Check-in before 06:00 hrs.: Full-day room rate charge.

• Late Check-Out Policy

Our standard check-out time is 12:00 hrs.

Late check-out is available upon request and is subject to room availability. Additional charges apply as follows:

- Check-out until 18:00 hrs.: Half-day room rate charge.

- Check-out after 18:00 hrs.: Full-day room rate charge.

• Child Policy

-  One (1) child under 12 years of age can stay free of charge when sharing the existing bedding with parents.

-  A maximum of two (2) children are permitted per room.

-  A second child will incur an extra person charge of 1,200 THB per night, which includes an extra bed and breakfast.

• Extra Person Policy

Room rates are based on double occupancy (2 persons).

A third person (adult or child) staying overnight in the room will incur an extra person charge of THB 1,200 per night, inclusive of breakfast and an extra bed or sofa bed setup, depending on room type.

A 50% discount on the extra person charge applies for children under 12 years old.

All extra persons must be registered at the Front Desk with a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s license).

The maximum occupancy per room is 3 persons, unless otherwise specified by room category.

Guests may not decline the bed setup to avoid the extra person charge.

Any unregistered overnight guest will be charged THB 1,000 per person, per night, in addition to the extra person policy.

• Non-Smoking Policy

For the comfort and safety of all guests, our hotel is entirely non-smoking. This includes all guest rooms, balconies, and public areas except for designated outdoor smoking zones. A deep cleaning fee of 5,000 THB will be charged for any violation of this policy.

• Cannabis Policy

In alignment with our non-smoking policy, the use of cannabis in any form is strictly prohibited anywhere on the hotel property. A deep cleaning fee of 5,000 THB will be charged for any violation of this policy.

• Visitor Policy

Non-staying guests are required to complete an "Unregistered Visitor Disclaimer" form and leave their ID card at the Front Desk for the security of all guests.

• Food and Drink Policy

To maintain a pleasant environment and protect our property, the following items are prohibited in guest rooms:

- Fruits with pungent odors, such as Durian. A fine of 2,500 THB will be applied.

- Food and drinks with strong coloring that may cause permanent stains to linens or furnishings. A fee equivalent to the cost of professional cleaning or replacement of the damaged item will be charged.

• Media Production Policy

To ensure the privacy and security of all guests, professional photography, videography, and any form of commercial media production are strictly prohibited on the premises without prior written management authorization. Please contact the Front Desk in advance to request permission.

• Pet Policy

For the hygiene and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted on the hotel property. A minimum deep cleaning fee equivalent to one night's room rate will be charged for any breach of this policy. The guest will also be liable for any additional costs resulting from damages caused by the animal.
