Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Tours may be cancelled due to weather conditions. *Tours are often cancelled due to bad weather such as typhoons.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Please be sure to bring your C-card. ・The maximum number of participants is eight people. Three professional staff members will provide full support for eight people. ・Please note that the diving point may change depending on the sea conditions on the day. ・Diving has almost no relation to athletic ability. The most important thing is safety management. Please follow the rules, learn how to use the equipment and understand the nature of the water, and enjoy diving.
Other important points to note:
- ・You may not be able to participate due to medical history or other reasons. ・Those who have consumed alcohol, are in poor health, are pregnant, or are suspected of being pregnant will not be able to participate. ・Those who will be departing on a plane on the day of diving will not be able to participate. ・Please note that at Sea Place, we require all guests to carry a signal float as a safety item to strengthen safety measures. (Rentals are also available. 1,080 yen/day)

- We provide free pick-up and drop-off for hotels within Naha city. We can also provide pick-up and drop-off outside the city depending on the schedule for the day, so please feel free to contact us.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
