Regarding cancellation of the event:
- If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather (such as a typhoon), we will contact you as soon as the decision is made. Please also note that even if the tour includes Manta Point, it may be changed to a different location depending on the sea conditions.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- If you would like to be picked up and dropped off, please let us know the name of your accommodation when you make your reservation. We will finalize the pick-up time on the evening before and contact you by mobile phone. *Those with health problems such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or heart disease cannot participate in diving. *Please note that you will not be able to board a plane for 12 hours after diving.
Other important points to note:
- Reservations can be made by phone up until around 4pm the day before.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
