Product Info
- Mozuku is one of Okinawa's specialties, loved by many locals. However, very few people have actually seen where it is grown! Before it reaches your dining table, fresh mozuku gently colors the seas of Kumejima like an underwater meadow, serving as a cradle for many marine creatures. Why not try a snorkeling experience in the farmed mozuku fields that Kumejima, Okinawa is so proud of!? This is a special tour led by a fisherman who holds the local fishing rights! You can observe the fishermen harvesting the mozuku, try helping out a little, and snorkel over the swaying fields of seaweed. This is a great value tour that even includes a mozuku souvenir!
