Reminders
Participant age: 13 to 100 years old
Clothing and what to bring: *Clothing - You will definitely get wet, so wear clothes and sandals you don't mind getting wet. - You will be in the water up to your knees when getting into the kayak. - You may also get wet from wave spray during the tour, so please wear clothes you don't mind getting wet. - The sun on Ishigaki Island is very strong, so we recommend long sleeves and long pants (such as a rash guard or leggings). - Hat - Please be sure to wear one to prevent heatstroke. *Items to bring - Rods, reels, lures, and other tackle. - Please inquire if you would like to rent these. - Towel and change of clothes - These items will not be used during the tour, so you can leave them in your car when you arrive. - Drinks - There are no vending machines at Sukuji Beach, where the tour takes place. - Please be sure to prepare these items in advance before arriving at the meeting point.

- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
