Our LYHANA guides, who hate crowds, will guide you during quiet times.✨ ★ Take an average of 100 photos and videos!!! - Guide fee, equipment rental, consumption tax, photography and data fee
Reminders
Participant age: 3 to 59 years old
What to wear and bring: Swimsuit or other clothes that can get wet, marine shoes or easy-to-walk sandals
Rental equipment: Snorkeling mask, life jacket, fins, SUP, paddle, and a mysterious bucket that lets you see underwater.
Minimum number of participants: 2
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
