Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The tour will proceed even if it is cloudy or light rainy, but will be cancelled if there is heavy rain, thunder, strong winds, typhoons, etc. In such cases, there will be no cancellation fee.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・The meeting location will be announced the day before the tour. If you would like to confirm in advance, please feel free to contact us. We can also provide you with potential locations in advance. ・Official tour details will be sent by email or LINE by the day before. Please be sure to check, and if you do not receive them, please let us know. ・The tour will proceed even in light rain. However, depending on the weather and sea conditions on the day, the guide may cancel or change the tour at their discretion, with safety as their top priority. ・Please wear clothes that you can get wet in. ・If you are more than 10 minutes late for the meeting time, your tour will be considered canceled on the day and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Please be sure to contact us in advance. ・The tour will be approached from land, and you will not board the boat. ・Drone photography may not be included in some plans. If you would like to film, please check the appropriate plan. ・Participation may be denied for safety reasons due to your health condition, medical history, or whether you have consumed alcohol. If you have any concerns, please contact us in advance.
Other important points to note:
- We place the highest priority on the lives of our customers. Even if other operators are running tours, we reserve the right to postpone the tour at our discretion if the wind speed exceeds our specified limits or the current is strong. In such cases, there will be no cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
