Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • - The tour will be canceled due to safety concerns in the event of wind speeds exceeding 7 meters per second, typhoons, heavy rain, or thunderstorms. - Please note that the tour may be canceled even if the weather is sunny if we determine that the field cannot be made safe on the day due to poor conditions. - We will contact you if the tour is canceled.

Important notes regarding course participation:

  • On days with northerly winds or for the 8:20 tour, drone photography may be done later. *Tour locations may change depending on sea conditions. *If you are late, you may not be able to participate in the tour. *In case of bad weather, the tour may be canceled at the guide's discretion. Drone photography is not possible on rainy days. *Drone and GoPro photography are a service, so no refunds will be given if problems occur. *DJI may be used instead of GoPro. *On windy days, it may not be possible to film Kabira Bay with the drone. *Same-day reservations must be made at least 3 hours before the tour. *Shower usage fee is 100 yen extra. If there is a northerly wind, the tour to the Blue Grotto will be difficult, so we will take you to a second beautiful beach with lots of sea turtles and fish! The second beach (Osaki Beach) can be found by searching on Google Maps. *If you cancel because you cannot go to the Blue Grotto or fly the drone, no fee will be charged up to 2 hours before the start of the tour, so please check the weather yourself and contact us by email on the website. There will be no discount even if you are unable to do either of the above.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
