Product Info

  • This is a beginner course for those who want to easily experience SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding) in Okinawa. Everyone from children to adults is welcome to participate.
  • ◆Step 1: Explanation of equipment and how to use it on the beach
  • You can enjoy the experience with peace of mind by learning about the necessary SUP equipment such as boards, paddles, and leashes.
  • ◆Step 2: Let's enter the sea
  • Starting with how to enter the sea with the board, we will proceed at your own pace, starting from a seated position and moving to standing and paddling with both feet once you get used to it.
  • ◆Step 3: Let's practice paddling
  • The instructor will provide advice so you can paddle well on the water.

Meeting Time:

  • We will ask for your preferred time at the time of booking, and the instructor will decide based on sea conditions and notify you. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • *Please note* For the safety of our guests, the event may be cancelled if the weather is bad on the day of the event. If the event is cancelled, we will contact you the day before or on the day itself. Please note that we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses or other expenses even if the event is cancelled after you have arrived at the meeting point. If you register on the day of the event, we may ask you to adjust the time, etc.

Please note the following when participating in this course:

  • Minors must have a parent or guardian's signature upon check-in. Please note that we may need to change the time depending on the wave conditions.

Reminders

  • Participant age: 5 to 70 years old

  • About clothing and belongings: Please wear your swimsuit before coming.

  • Rental equipment: Wetsuits and reef boots are available upon request. Large towels (ponchos) are also available.

  • Time required: This time is the time required from gathering at the location to changing clothes and disbanding after the experience.

  • Minimum number of participants: 1 person

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
