Questions regarding reservations:

• Question 1: The meeting time is 20 minutes before the start time. If you will be late, please contact us by phone. Please answer "yes" once you have confirmed.
• Question 2: If children are participating, please indicate their ages.
• Question 3: Please let us know if you require pick-up and drop-off service to the Mizugama bus stop. ★For the time being, we are unable to provide pick-up and drop-off service for buses departing at 9:00 AM. Pick-up and drop-off service is not available during the following periods. • Question 4: For reservations made by "students only" for taxi training, school trips, etc. → Please write the following in the "Remarks" section: "School name, age, and emergency contact phone number (e.g., a teacher who will be in Okinawa on the day)."
• Question 5: If the reservation is made by minors only, please write their age and guardian's (emergency contact phone number) in the "Remarks" section.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• If we determine that safety is compromised due to sudden bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the event.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• *SUPs are unstable. There is a significant risk of falling into the water, so please be sure to bring a change of clothes. *For safety reasons, pregnant women and those who have consumed alcohol on the day of the activity are not permitted to participate in SUPs. *Children under 9 years old may be required to ride with an adult. Please consult with us in advance if you wish to participate. *SUPs are easily affected by wind, so depending on the weather on the day of your activity, we may suggest changing to kayaking.

Other special notes:

• ・All tours will proceed regardless of rain. ・Tour dates and times may be changed or the tour may be canceled depending on the field conditions. ・For sunset kayak and SUP tours, we may suggest changing to a mangrove tour depending on the field conditions. ・There will be no cancellation fee if the tour is canceled at our discretion. ・For safety reasons, those who have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol will not be allowed to participate. ・For kayak tours, please inform us in advance if children under 2 years old will be participating, and for SUP tours, please inform us in advance if children under 9 years old will be participating. *Please inform us in advance if you require pick-up and drop-off. *Pick-up and drop-off will be provided after you arrive at the nearest bus stop, "Mizugama". Please allow ample time to arrive. *For large groups of 5 or more people or if you have large luggage, pick-up and drop-off may be provided in two separate vehicles. *Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel due to your own circumstances. *If we determine that safety is compromised due to sudden bad weather, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In that case, we will contact you by phone at least one hour before the scheduled start time.
