The shop, a renovated 60-year-old traditional house, has a cafe-like atmosphere filled with the warmth of wood and lush greenery, making it an incredibly comfortable space. 'HALETA Ocean Support' is the only marine shop on the main island of Okinawa where you can have an entire traditional house 'all to yourself'! There is no need to worry about leaving with wet hair, salty skin, or sandy feet. There are no time limits on our private hot showers. Our restrooms are always kept clean with washlets, and the powder space in the women's changing room is equipped with hair dryers, so you can dry your hair and do your makeup properly after the tour, and head straight to your next destination in comfort. Just like the tour itself, you can enjoy the clean and spacious shop 'exclusively,' so women and guests with children can spend their time with peace of mind.
What You Can Expect

- 07:00Please meet directly at the shop at the designated meeting time. Look for the white one-story traditional house with the 'HALETA' sign!
- 07:00Check in at the shop, receive a brief explanation of the facilities, and make the payment. No additional charges will occur after this point.
- 07:10Change into your gear in the gender-separated changing rooms. Please use the free lockers for your valuables.
- 07:30Move to the beach! Receive a thorough lecture on how to use the equipment and safety precautions for the sea, then head out for your private tour!!
- 09:00Tour ends!! ^^ While you shower and change after returning to the shop, the staff will prepare your photo data.
- 09:30Once the photo data is handed over, the tour is complete ^^ Have a safe trip to your next destination!
Purchase Notice
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- If the weather conditions are windy, rainy, or lightning that exceed our safety standards, or if the weather is expected to worsen in the future, the tour may be canceled at the last minute. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged. (The tour will proceed if there is no problem with the sea conditions, even if there is a little rain.)
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・In case of an emergency, if any of the participants have a chronic illness or are receiving medical treatment, please be sure to bring a doctor's certificate. ・Guests who do not meet our safety standards (including those who participate while intoxicated or with an excessive hangover) may be refused participation in the tour on the spot. In such cases, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price, so we appreciate your understanding.
Other important points to note:
- Regarding the buoyancy of our SUP boards, if you weigh over 100 kg, the buoyancy of the board may be insufficient. If you are participating as a person weighing over 100 kg, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please let us know directly. We will do our best to accommodate your request within the plan.

- Motion sickness medicine is available for 100 yen, and bath towels are available for 300 yen.
Reminders
Participant age: 7 to 69 years old
About clothing and belongings: Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet, sandals, a change of clothes, and a towel. All other equipment will be rented free of charge. Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and other useful items may also be useful. Please contact the store directly if you have any questions.
Rental equipment: Wetsuits, marine boots, and a full set of SUP equipment are all available for free rental. All you need to bring is a change of clothes and a towel! You can come almost empty-handed!

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
