- We never prioritize shop efficiency by holding tours at beaches with rough water or strong winds. We prioritize the customer's feelings above all else, carefully selecting the beach with the calmest conditions for that day right up until the last minute. If travel is necessary, we will transport you in our shop's vehicle, so your own car will not get dirty. We explain the sea conditions of the day to each customer who visits and choose the beach accordingly. We also use stable SUP boards suited to your skill level, so even first-time SUP customers can enjoy the experience with peace of mind.

- All photos taken during the tour will be transferred to your mobile phone for free after the tour. Our sea activity professionals are also professional sea photographers. - Since we meet at the Hareta shop, you can prepare, change, shower, and use the restroom with peace of mind. Our shop, a renovated 60-year-old traditional folk house, is filled with the warmth of wood and plenty of greenery, creating a cafe-like atmosphere that is incredibly comfortable. 'Hareta Ocean Support' is the only marine shop on the main island of Okinawa where you can have an entire traditional folk house all to yourself! There is no need to worry about leaving with wet hair, salty skin, or sandy feet. There are no time limits on our private hot showers. The restrooms are always kept clean and equipped with washlets, and the women's changing room and powder space are equipped with hair dryers, so you can dry your hair and fix your makeup after the tour and head comfortably to your next destination. You can use our clean and spacious shop exclusively, just like the tour, so women and customers with children can spend their time with peace of mind.
What You Can Expect
Duration: 3 hour(s)
1 Day
- 17:00. Please meet directly at the shop at the meeting time. Look for the white, single-story traditional folk house with the SUP sign.
- 17:00. Reception and a simple facility explanation will be provided at the shop, and payment will be made in advance. No additional charges will occur after this point.
- 17:10. Change clothes in the gender-separated changing rooms. Please use the free lockers for your valuables.
- 17:30. Move to the spot! Receive a thorough lecture on how to use the equipment and safety precautions for the sea, and then head out on your private tour!!
- 19:00. Tour finished!! Leave the heavy luggage to our staff ^^ lol While you are showering and changing at the shop, the staff will prepare your photo data.
- 19:30. Once the photo data is handed over, the tour is finished ^^ Have a safe trip to your next destination!
Purchase Notice
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- If the weather conditions are windy, rainy, or lightning that exceed our safety standards, or if the weather is expected to worsen in the future, the tour may be canceled at the last minute. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged. (The tour will proceed if there is no problem with the sea conditions, even if there is a little rain.)
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・In case of an emergency, if any of the participants have a chronic illness or are receiving medical treatment, please be sure to bring a doctor's certificate. ・Guests who do not meet our safety standards (including those who participate while intoxicated or with an excessive hangover) may be refused participation in the tour on the spot. In such cases, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price, so we appreciate your understanding.
Other important points to note:
- Regarding the buoyancy of our SUP boards, if you weigh over 100 kg, the buoyancy of the board may be insufficient. If you are participating as a person weighing over 100 kg, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please let us know directly. We will do our best to accommodate your request within the plan.

Reminders
Participant age: 7 to 69 years old
About clothing and belongings: Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet, sandals, a change of clothes, and a towel. All other equipment will be rented free of charge. Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and other useful items may also be useful. Please contact the store directly if you have any questions.
Rental equipment: Wetsuits, marine boots, and a full set of SUP equipment are all available for free rental. All you need to bring is a change of clothes and a towel! You can come almost empty-handed!

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
