Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• Our company cancels tours if we determine that it is not safe to conduct them. Therefore, the timing of cancellation varies depending on the weather and ocean conditions on the day, and may occur several days before or the day before the tour, while you are en route to the location on the day of the tour, after you have gathered, after you have arrived at the point of the tour, or even during the tour. • ・Participation by minors under 17 years old requires parental consent. Please contact us in advance so we can provide you with a consent form. Depending on the child's age, we may ask that a guardian accompany them. ・We may refuse participation to young children or those over 65 years old depending on the ocean conditions. ・You may bring your own mobile phone and other items on board, but we cannot guarantee against loss or damage.
