We mainly guide you around the Okinawa Main Island, Cape Maeda, Nakayukui in the central area, and Motobu in the north (commonly known as Gorilla Chop).

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • When the guide determines that it is not safe to conduct the tour due to bad weather or other reasons.

  • * Participants who will be flying on the day of or after diving are not permitted to participate. * Participation in water activities is contingent on being in good health. * Participants must be able to carry their own equipment. * Individuals with cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, diabetes, liver disease, high BMI, hangovers, or who have consumed alcohol on the day of the dive are not permitted to participate. Individuals with a history of stroke, pneumothorax, etc., are also not permitted to participate. * Depending on your health condition, a doctor's certificate granting permission to dive may be required to participate. * Also, depending on your health condition on the day, you may not be able to participate. Please understand this in advance. * If you have any questions about your health condition, please be sure to contact us in advance.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
