- 08:30【Example: For a 9:00 booking】Filling out the consent form. You will be asked to fill out the consent form before departure. Your booking time = departure time, so please arrive 30 minutes in advance.
- 09:00Time to board the boat and set sail! Departure times may vary slightly depending on conditions.
- 10:30Return to port. The return time may vary depending on the number of participants and sea conditions. If the boat is full, you will return in approximately 1.5 hours.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Due to wind, waves, or other safety concerns, the event may be canceled at any time.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- There is a possibility of last-minute cancellation due to bad weather. *Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are late for departure, you will not be able to participate in the experience. (Please note that no refunds will be given in this case.)

- *Applications are accepted for 1 to 12 people. Please inquire for details. *For those under 12 years old, please contact us first. *For English, Thai, Chinese, and Korean, we will use translation software.

Reminders
Participant age: 12 to 100 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Please wear clothing that can get wet, such as swimwear. Depending on the sea conditions, you may get splashed by waves, so please bring a towel and a change of clothes. When boarding the parasailing boat, please bring only the bare minimum of belongings (mobile phone, car keys, and drinks in case of seasickness), and leave all other belongings in your car. For customers arriving by public transport, we will store your belongings in our vehicle.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
