Product Info

An experience workshop located on Kokusai Dori in Okinawa!! Picture Art is an experience where you process your photos to make them translucent. You can choose and process your favorite photos directly from your own smartphone. When held up to the light, the photo takes on a shimmering, translucent quality, much like stained glass. Whether it is a photo taken underwater while diving, a shot of the blue sky and sea at the beach, or even a picture of yourself eating colorful gelato in the city, any photo will turn out beautifully! You can even use drawings made by your children! Decorate your window and watch how the image changes with the weather... Picture Art is a unique twist on the ordinary photo! Why not turn your precious memories into art? It is also recommended for various anniversaries, celebrations, and events such as weddings or maternity shoots! Why not shape your memories with your own hands? (Please contact us by phone for same-day reservations) ~ Flow of the day ~ ① Explanation (approx. 5 minutes) We will prepare the tools and explain the process. ② Choose your photo and frame (approx. 15 minutes) ・Select a photo from your smartphone and send it to our in-store tablet. ・Use the in-store tablet to freely add effects and edit your photo. (You may also use your own familiar editing apps on your smartphone, or use the photo as is without any editing.) ・Choose the finish size and frame. ③ Work (approx. 15 minutes) ・Apply a film to the photo printed from our in-store printer in your chosen size. ・Soak it in a special solution, wait for it to penetrate, and then carefully rub off the paper. ・Trim the excess, place it in your chosen frame, and you are done! ④ Cleanup, packaging, and dismissal (approx. 5 minutes) We appreciate your cooperation with cleanup. We will package your finished work for you to take home. * There are no seats for accompanying guests, but they are welcome to stand nearby to watch the experience or take photos.
