What You Can Expect
1 Day
- Check-in in front of the shop inside the ticket office. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure to fill out the reception form and head to the boat!
- 09:00Preparation and movement. Put on your harness, listen to the assistant's instructions, and head to the spot!
- 09:00Experience begins. After safety checks, it is time to take off!
- 09:00During the experience ①. You can also take a camera up into the sky to take photos.
- 09:00During the experience ②. You can also take photos from the boat. Please feel free to ask us.
- 09:00Experience ends. Once the experience is over, you will return to the port and be dismissed. After returning, we recommend taking a ferry to Kudaka Island or relaxing at the nearby Azama Sun Sun Beach.

Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Those with serious illnesses, pregnant women, and those who have been drinking alcohol are not permitted to participate. ・Pick-up and drop-off services are not available, so please meet at the location. ・Depending on the conditions, you may be exposed to wave spray, so please wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet.

What to wear and bring: ・Please read and sign the liability waiver on the day. Please note that all participants must sign. ・Age 4-65 and in good health ・Height 120cm or taller ・Meeting location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/1hap8kcqBr6GGfjS7 ・For safety reasons, there is a rare possibility of landing in the ocean. We recommend wearing clothing that can get wet. ・Please limit the amount of luggage you bring onto the boat to the bare minimum (valuables, camera, waterproof towel for camera, etc.) ・Please refrain from wearing heels or other shoes. ・Depending on the weather and sea conditions on the day, we may contact you to cancel the tour after the tour has been confirmed. ・Pregnant women and those with serious medical conditions are not permitted to participate. ・For safety reasons, we ask that young children and the elderly wear clothing that can get wet. Depending on the conditions, you may be splashed by waves. (Skirts and high heels are not permitted.) - If you are concerned about seasickness, please bring motion sickness medication with you.

- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
