When booking, you must provide each traveler's Chinese name, date of birth, return permit, ID card number, and nationality. You must provide accurate information as it appears on their travel documents and carefully verify the participants' names and identification details. Our company will not be liable for any additional costs or consequences arising from incorrect names.

To purchase a ferry ticket, you must provide a photo of your Home Return Permit. Someone will contact you before the tour departs to provide the relevant information.

Our group bookings are calculated based on a combination of 2 adults, 2 adults + 1 child, or 2 adults + 2 children sharing a room (children do not occupy a bed and are free of charge). If the group size exceeds the above room size, the additional passengers and single travelers will be charged a Single room room surcharge.

The travel agency service fee is HK$80 per person per day, which includes the local tour guide, tour bus driver, and other relevant staff. This fee will be collected individually from each member of the tour group before the tour ends.

【Group Formed】This means that there are already sufficient bookings for the designated departure date of this group tour. However, departure is subject to other factors, and the company reserves the right to make the final decision.

The tour guide will make minor adjustments to the itinerary based on the actual situation on the day.

Please be on time for the assembly; latecomers will not be waited for.

There will be no Hong Kong tour leader accompanying the group. The group will be notified of the meeting time, location, and contact information of the local guide or relevant personnel via SMS or personal contact before 5 pm on the working day prior to departure.

For tours departing on public holidays, the meeting time may be adjusted to avoid overcrowding at meeting points and customs checkpoints. Our company will have a representative call you the day before departure to confirm the exact meeting time.

Guests joining our company's tour groups must purchase or have comprehensive travel insurance on their own.

In accordance with national environmental protection policies, the hotel has discontinued providing complimentary disposable amenities in the rooms; guests are kindly requested to bring their own.

The order of the itinerary, meals, and accommodations is subject to local arrangements. Changes will not be notified separately.

Some facilities and activities within the scenic area and hotels may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without prior notice.

Each person will receive 5 jin (2.5 catties) of red oranges as a gift; any excess weight or oranges taken away will be charged separately.

The best time to view the purple trumpet tree in Wuwei is from mid-to-late December to early January. The specific viewing period depends on the actual weather conditions and no further notice or compensation will be given.

Seating arrangements on domestic tour buses are based on the order in which guests register.

All activities during the trip are designed and arranged according to overall needs. However, when participating in these activities, travelers should follow the guidance and arrangements of the service personnel and first assess their own age, physical condition, health status, as well as the weather conditions and the content of the activity to determine whether they are suitable to participate. Travelers must assume all responsibility and consequences themselves. When they feel it is necessary, they should also seek advice from doctors or professionals.
