This is a discounted online advance ticket, so you cannot purchase or use tickets on the day. Tickets can be used from the day after purchase.
Please present the QR code at the lift ticket counter.
This ticket does not reduce waiting times.
Business hours may vary depending on the season.
There may be course restrictions in place for competitions and events.
In the event of bad weather, we may have to cancel operations. In such cases, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses to the site or other costs.
Even if the price is lower than the ticket type you purchased, the difference will not be refunded.

If you purchase multiple tickets at once, only one QR code will be issued, and all tickets will be for use on the same day. Tickets cannot be used on different dates. If you wish to use the tickets on different days, please make separate reservations for each date.

Example: If you purchase three tickets at once, you will receive one QR code and all three tickets can be redeemed at the same time. They can be used for three people on the same day. (You cannot use only one ticket and the remaining two on different days.)

Online advance tickets must be exchanged on the day of your visit.
- Please present your QR code at the lift ticket office to exchange your ticket until December 25, 2025.
- For use from December 26, 2025 onwards: Scan the QR code at an automated ticket vending machine to receive a lift ticket.
