Full price/student/child ticket includes

(1) Admission and ice usage fees
(2) Rent ice skates, helmets, wrist guards, elbow pads, and knee pads. (No refunds will be given if the items are not rented.)
(3) Each ticket allows entry for three hours on weekdays; two hours on weekends, public holidays and winter and summer vacations (as announced by the Education Bureau); if the entry time coincides with ice washing, the entry time will be automatically extended by the same amount as the ice washing time.

#Socks and gloves are not included in the price; please bring your own. If they are not available, you can purchase them on-site; please keep them after purchase as they do not need to be returned.
#Accompanying ticket (4-hour admission, single entry) only includes admission to the Ice Palace, does not include access to the ice surface area, and does not provide ice skates or protective gear.

Purchase Notice

  • Business hours are 10:00-20:00. If a specific time slot is booked out entirely, it will be unavailable. Please refer to the available time slots when placing your order. During partial booking events, some areas of the ice surface may be designated for other customers. Please use the remaining areas as instructed by on-site staff.
  • Ice skates range in size from 15.6 cm to 29.5 cm. If your foot length is outside these dimensions, please bring your own ice skates.
  • Please sign the safety agreement form upon entry. You should assess your own health condition before engaging in ice sports.
  • The venue is insured with public liability insurance; however, ice sports are high-risk sports, and if you are concerned, it is recommended that you purchase personal insurance.
  • Private teaching activities are prohibited on the ice.
  • Other important information is as follows:
    1. Eating, chewing gum, betel nut, or drinking alcoholic beverages are prohibited on this premises.
    2. Beverages and bottled water brought with you must be placed and consumed in designated areas.
    3. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited.
    4. Standing in one spot in the main stadium area to take photos with a mobile phone or selfie stick is prohibited.
    5. Do not swipe while holding a mobile phone.
    6. Socks must be worn inside the ice skates before entering the rink.
    7. It is forbidden to disassemble the public skates parts yourself. If discovered, you will be required to pay the original price of the skate spare parts, which is NT$600 to NT$2,500, plus NT$200 for labor repair. If the disassembly causes damage to other people's property or injury, you will be held jointly liable.
    8. Drinking beverages and mineral water are prohibited in areas outside the designated areas. Please comply with the regulations and keep the area clean. Do not wear ice skates and ensure that you are still when drinking. If you fail to comply and cause injury or property damage to this venue or other consumers, you will be liable for compensation.
    9. The lockers (coin-operated) in this establishment are for deposit purposes only. Consumers should take good care of their valuables. The company is not liable for any loss.
