Karuizawa Prince Hotel Ski Resort is the most accessible ski destination from Tokyo, reachable in about 1 hour by Shinkansen. The ski slopes and snow park are well-maintained to ensure both beginners and intermediate skiers can enjoy the experience. The ski season begins in November, and the cold air allows snow machines to produce high-quality snow. The expansive resort area at the base of the slopes includes the Prince Hotel and a large shopping mall.

- If you're unsure how to rent equipment for the first time, it's recommended to arrive at the ski resort an hour in advance. You can also ask an instructor to accompany you, but you'll need to factor in their service time.
- When children are being taught alongside adults, please prioritize teaching children for a better service experience.
- Cancellation is free up to 15 days before the reservation date. Cancellation within 15 days will result in a full refund except for force majeure events (such as pandemics or disasters), in which case a handling fee will be deducted. No refund will be given for cancellations due to personal reasons. Please be aware of this policy.

[Private Ski Lessons] Extended Lesson Fees
If you wish to extend the lesson on the same day, the fee is 30,000 yen for every 2 hours of instruction. Please pay the instructor directly in Japanese yen cash.
[Private private charter car service] Highway and parking fees, etc.
For private charter car fees of 2 days or more, the cost does not include highway tolls, parking fees, etc., which will be reimbursed based on actual expenses (details will be provided). Please pay the driver in Japanese Yen cash at the end of the trip.
Overtime fees for private private charter car service
If the usage time exceeds the specified time for each plan, the overtime fee is 4,000 yen per half hour (more than 30 minutes is calculated as 1 hour), which should be paid to the driver in yen cash at the end of the trip.
Private private charter car service - night service fee
If the ride is used between 22:00 and 06:00, a night service fee of 5,000 yen will be charged each time. Please pay the driver in yen cash at the end of the trip.

For continuous use of the vehicle for 2 days or more, a fee of 12,000 yen per night will be charged for the driver's accommodation and meals. Please pay the driver in yen cash at the end of the trip.
Reminders
[Skiing Lessons] If beginners don't know how to rent equipment, an instructor can accompany them. However, the time spent accompanying the instructor will be counted towards the lesson hours. It is recommended to arrive at the ski resort one hour in advance to rent equipment.
[Skiing Lessons] The age of the students must be 5 years or older. When children and adults are learning together, we recommend prioritizing children for a better service experience.
[Ski Lessons] Free cancellation is available 15 days before the booking date. Within 15 days, a full refund will be issued except for force majeure events (such as pandemics or disasters), in which case a handling fee will be deducted. - For cancellations made 9 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply

- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
