Strawberry picking will be carried out rain or shine. In the event of rain, some farms may not allow umbrellas. Please bring a raincoat or similar. We also recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes.
If the South Lake sightseeing cruise is canceled due to bad weather or high water levels, the group boarding fee will be refunded and we will guide you to an alternative sightseeing spot on the day. In addition, you will board either the "Lansing" or "Megumi."
For domestic travel departing on or after May 1, 2025, any changes to meal contents due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and if there is a difference in price, we will charge the actual cost.
