The charm of this tour is discovering 'differences' with all five senses.

  • Compare aromas: Sake made with 'flower yeast' derived from natural flowers is as gorgeous as perfume. You will be surprised by the difference in aroma compared to sake made with traditional yeast.

  • Taste the terroir: Experience how two different water systems nourishing the Kanto Plain create differences in the taste of sake. Through tasting, you will experience the 'terroir' unique to the land.

  • Create it yourself: The experience of making your own special plum wine in Mito, a production area for plums, will be an unforgettable memory and a souvenir of your trip. It is a one-of-a-kind cultural experience where you can see, hear, taste, and create.
