- A cleaning fee of HK$500 per person will be charged on-site if vomiting occurs within the event area.

- Performances may be rescheduled or moved to the restaurant due to weather conditions, subject to venue availability.
- In the event of severe weather, any cancellation or postponement will be decided by the organizer on the day. Guests cannot request a refund for this reason. Once this booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable.
- If the event is cancelled due to weather or force majeure, the refund amount will be the face value of the ticket, minus non-refundable payment processing fees and platform service fees.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows.
This tour does not include a tour guide or transportation.
If you vomit in the cabin, a cleaning fee of HK$500 per person will be charged on-site.
