[South Korea] Yongpyong Winter Fairy Tale 1-Day Tour | Olympic Memorial Hall, Yongpyong Sledding Park, Fawangsan Sightseeing Cable Car | Departure from Seoul

A minimum of 16 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date

The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide and their gratuities, dinner, all entrance fees and round-trip transportation costs during the tour.

The pricing policy is as follows: Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult price; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Only one free spot is available per departure group.)

The tour fee includes admission to the Longping Toboggan Run and one toboggan ride. Guests can purchase tickets for any other facilities or experiences within the run that require additional fees.

We set off as usual even when it was raining.

If the restaurant is temporarily closed, fully booked, or unable to attend due to other factors, an alternative dinner will be arranged instead.

The itinerary, attractions, and dinner times will be adjusted depending on traffic conditions on the day.

If the Fawangsan sightseeing cable car is suspended due to weather or other natural factors, a drink will be provided instead at the cafe for 8,000 won.

If the Yulongping Sledding Area is closed or cannot be visited due to other factors on the day of departure, and the snow sledding activity cannot be carried out on that day, we will instead go to the cafe and give you a complimentary drink worth 8,000 won.

The venue may be under maintenance or temporarily closed depending on the situation on the day, and the final decision rests with the organizer. The company will not be held responsible or provide compensation in the event of such circumstances.

Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities before considering participation in any activities included in the tour or offered during the trip. In the event of bodily injury or death due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, our staff and related personnel are only obligated to provide full assistance; our company and its members bear no legal responsibility for any injury or death suffered.

All customers who participate in the one-day tour will receive a complimentary bottle of premium Korean deep-sea water.

A fluent Mandarin-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If the meeting time is changed, we will contact you separately via WhatsApp, WeChat, Line, or other messaging apps. Please take note!

Due to the limited quantity and variety of complimentary breakfasts and beverages, guests cannot choose on-site. We apologize that we cannot meet the needs of all customers. For special requests, such as vegetarian options or food allergies, please prepare your own, as we regret that we cannot accommodate every request. This offer does not apply to children who are exempt from tour fees and do not occupy a seat.

Special arrangement: Each guest will receive a complimentary carefully selected breakfast (bread/cake/rice ball). *Please note that breakfast quantity and variety are limited and cannot be selected.
